  There is no strict limit defined; print shops can easily add, list, view, update, and delete images and categories to organise design templates for their customers.

• Can I upload my own designs?

  Yes! Customers can use the integrated design tool to upload their own artwork or create personalised canvases to apply to products. Supported formats include PNG, AI, PSD, SVG, PDF, EPS.

• Can customers download the designed sheet?

  Yes, customers can download their completed sheets locally or via Google Drive.

• Does a watermark appear in the final file?

  Print shops have full control over watermarks to protect brand identity. You can apply a picture watermark (using your business logo) or a customizable text watermark with adjustable scale, opacity, and position.

• Is it integrated with platforms like Shopify?

  Absolutely. The platform features a dedicated Shopify App that establishes a seamless connection. Customers can even use Shopify OAuth to sign in directly without creating a new account.

• What file formats are supported for uploads?

  The system supports standard image formats like PNG for gallery uploads, and allows .AI, .PSD, .SVG, .PDF, .EPS files for attaching screenshots to customer messages. The maximum file size for uploaded artwork is 150MB, and it must meet a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
